Twitter Training by Joan Stewart, The Publicity Hound

I’ve been following Joan Stewart (The Publicity Hound) for over a year now, and have bought several of her e-books and reports. I’ve found them to be very high in quality and would recommend anything she publishes very highly. I received an e-mail today about an interesting teleseminar that Joan is offering next week, on October 13 and 14. The teleseminar is called, “How to Use Twitter to Amass an Army of Followers, Customers & Valuable Contacts — and Promote.” It is being held from 3:00 p.m. to 4:10 p.m. EST on both Monday, October 13 and Tuesday, October 14.

I don’t want to copy Joan’s announcement word for word, but here are some of the topics that will be covered during the teleseminar:

  • Twitter success stories
  • Tips for setting up a profile and choosing a profile photo
  • 8 things you can tweet about, and how to make the information memorable
  • Twitter shorthand (making an impact in under 140 characters)
  • 5 things you must know how to do to avoid trial and error
  • How to use Twitter for business-to-business promotion
  • How to get your message to people who aren’t following you

The cost for both days is just $77, which seems steep at first glance, but is a bargain when you read the full announcement and see exactly how much value you will be receiving.    You can find more details by reading the Twitter registration page. I will be attending and will post a review here for those who can’t make it.
